Traditional chicken salad makes for a great no heat lunch option!
- 1 lb cooked and shredded chicken
- 1 celery stalk, finely diced
- 2 Tablespoons finely diced red onion
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Mix all ingredients together in large bowl, stirring well.
- Serve on bread, in a pita, in a wrap, with crackers, or with celery.
Option: add in a couple dashes of hot sauce to kick it up a notch!
