Grilled Chicken and Feta Veggie Bowl

A simple and healthy lunch that is perfect for meal prep!

Ingredients

  • 1 batch marinated chicken, grilled and cut into chunks
  • 4 salad cucumbers, sliced
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1 red onion, julienned
  • 1 1/3 cup brown rice, cookes
  • 1 cup Feta

Directions

  1. In four separate containers, divide rice.
  2. Top with cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, Feta, and chicken.
  3. Store for up to 5 days.
