Chicken salad

Traditional chicken salad makes for a great no heat lunch option!


  • 1 lb cooked and shredded chicken
  • 1 celery stalk, finely diced
  • 2 Tablespoons finely diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder


  1. Mix all ingredients together in large bowl, stirring well.
  2. Serve on bread, in a pita, in a wrap, with crackers, or with celery.

Option: add in a couple dashes of hot sauce to kick it up a notch!
