
If you follow me on Instagram, you know I used to always share a weekly menu.
Well, then life happened. I became a new mom and things got a little crazy. Our nutrition has taken a back seat for the better part of the last two years. That’s not to say we never ate healthy, but the amount of taco boxes I have picked up from Taco Bell is a bit ridiculous.
It’s time to finally change that. I know eating well helps me feel well. So, I will be focusing more on healthier foods and sharing my menus with you!
