A simple and easy veggie dip that’s packed with protein, not calories!
- 1 cup non fat Greek yogurt
- 1 small can all natural chicken, drained
- 2-4 Tablespoons Buffalo sauce (use your own judgment – the more you use, the spicier it’ll be!)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 Tablespoon water, optional
- In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, chicken, Buffalo sauce, and garlic powder. Add in water, if desired, to thin out the dip. Add more if you prefer a thinner consistency.
- Serve dip with celery, carrots, or chips.
